Risk of Loss
All items purchased from My Pet Warehouse are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.

Order Cancellations & Refunds
Order cancellations are instantaneous via telephone, contact only internet sales staff to ensure an instant cancellation. If making a cancellation request via email you must allow 48 hours (excluding non working days i.e. weekends, public holidays) for the email to be processed and the order cancelled. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before telephone advice) can be recalled/returned, however shipping charges cannot be refunded. To facilitate the refund process please provide (via email only) your banking information including; account name, account number and bsb details for all prepaid orders requiring refunds.

Changing Delivery Addresses, Missed Deliveries & Re-deliveries
If you discover an error with your shipping address or need to alter the delivery destination due to delays etc we recommend that you contact our internet sales staff via telephone and advise them of the correct delivery details. Due to delays associated with email correspondence, this method of notification is not encouraged and may lead to goods being dispatched to the original destination. You may only notify us of these changes prior to your order being dispatched. Once an order is on its way our system will generate an email advising you of the shipping method used and a tracking number where available, you cannot make changes to the order at this point in time. If no one is present to accept your order at the time of delivery the courier will normally leave a calling card requesting you contact them to arrange a re-delivery or to arrange pickup at the nearest depot. If a consignment is returned to us undeliverable (RTS - return to sender) and requires re-delivery OR in cases where the courier may require further payment for an attempted delivery or re-delivery, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount. My Pet Warehouse cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, furthermore the original freight charge will not be refunded.

Product Descriptions & Product Images
My Pet Warehouse and its associates attempt to provide information as accurately as possible. My Pet Warehouse however does not warrant that information provided such as product descriptions, images or other content used on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by My Pet Warehouse is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for exchange or refund. My Pet Warehouse has the right to refuse refund or exchange based on inaccurate information, or if the returned product has been opened, used or damaged in any way.
