Freight Cost Summary
Please use the shipping cost calculator found on our basket page to determine exact shipping costs for your order. The below table should only be used as an approximate guide to our freight costs to key areas. Physical dimensions of any ordered product, or a large combination of products may add to the final freight cost which will be viewable prior to placing your order on the checkout page.

*Same Day Dispatch conditions: All items ordered must be in stock and available to be shipped from our South Melbourne branch.

In Store Pick-up
Pick, click and pay for your goods online and then collect your order at 1 of 6 convenient locations around Melbourne or from our newest Osborne Park location in Perth. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready for collection. Orders for in stock items received by 2:00pm weekdays are normally ready for collection by 3:00pm the following day, if not sooner.

Freight Carriers
Our carrier of choice is Australia Post. Australia Post offers excellent consignment tracking as well as professional handling of fragile goods. Our appointment of Australia Post gives us the greatest level of flexibility with regards to nationwide coverage and ensures our freight charges remain highly competitive.

Fastway Couriers - Is fast becoming one of the Nation's top courier companies and offers fantastic service levels. Primarily Fastway covers our Victorian metro needs along with some interstate deliveries. Simple online order tracking can be found......here.
Important: You may need to allow up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch before your consignment details appear online.

Australia Post - Is our primary option that covers most locations in Australia, or where the delivery addresses are RMB or PO Box numbers. Australia Post may also be used for smaller items that can be shipped using express satchels. Australia Post offers online order tracking which can be found.....here.
Important: Please ensure you have allowed sufficient time for the delivery to occur before contacting us. Remote country and interstate deliveries can take between 3 - 5 business days to reach their destination.

TNT Express - Covers our Victorian metro needs along with most nationwide deliveries and all larger non Victorian metro items. TNT Express reference numbers can be tracked online.......click here (you may need to allow up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch for consignment details to appear online).
Important: To utilise the TNT tracking service successfully you must choose to track by *reference* not consignment, then click on the underlined consignment number to retrieve further information.

Exclusions & Freight Conditions
Some freight offers, services and fees do not apply/cover certain orders where the following conditions are met:

• Nationwide delivery (free or otherwise) can only be extended to areas reachable through our standard carriers (Australia Post) and excludes areas whereby the cost becomes high due to the delivery locations remoteness i.e. Kangaroo Island and other extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may check with us prior to placing an online order.
• Some bulky/heavy items may attract a higher freight/handling fee than quoted. In these rare circumstances we may need to contact you to discuss delivery options.
• Please keep in mind that if you are ordering bulky/heavy items you must ensure that suitable provisions are available at the delivery location to accommodate or handle the delivery when it arrives. The freight cost associated with your order does not cover instances where the courier cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen circumstances at the delivery address which hinders the delivery of your order.
