Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to My Pet Warehouse or to products you purchase through My Pet Warehouse shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Victoria Australia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate My Pet Warehouse's intellectual property rights. My Pet Warehouse may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. If you use this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and your account passwords. You are also responsible for restricting access to your computer should it have saved passwords or account login information stored. Further you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. All items purchased from My Pet Warehouse are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.

Order cancellations are instantaneous via telephone, contact only internet sales staff to ensure an instant cancellation. If making a cancellation request via email you must allow 48 hours (excluding non working days i.e. weekends, public holidays) for the email to be processed and the order cancelled. Goods already shipped before a cancellation request is processed (within 48 hours for email or before telephone advice) can be recalled/returned, however shipping charges cannot be refunded. To facilitate the refund process please provide (via email only) your banking information including; account name, account number and bsb details for all prepaid orders requiring refunds.

If you discover an error with your shipping address or need to alter the delivery destination due to delays etc we recommend that you contact our internet sales staff via telephone and advise them of the correct delivery details. Due to delays associated with email correspondence, this method of notification is not encouraged and may lead to goods being dispatched to the original destination. You may only notify us of these changes prior to your order being dispatched. Once an order is on its way our system will generate an email advising you of the shipping method used and a tracking number where available, you cannot make changes to the order at this point in time. If no one is present to accept your order at the time of delivery the courier will normally leave a calling card requesting you contact them to arrange a re-delivery or to arrange pickup at the nearest depot. If a consignment is returned to us undeliverable (RTS - return to sender) and requires re-delivery OR in cases where the courier may require further payment for an attempted delivery or re-delivery, the customer will be required to pay the additional amount. My Pet Warehouse cannot be responsible for covering these additional charges, furthermore the original freight charge will not be refunded.

My Pet Warehouse and its associates attempt to provide information as accurately as possible. My Pet Warehouse however does not warrant that information provided such as product descriptions, images or other content used on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by My Pet Warehouse is not as described, please contact My Pet Warehouse as soon as possible so we can assist you.  Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for details.

My Pet Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason, including but not limited to; unavailability of product; an error with pricing; incorrect image or product description; or other such errors deemed applicable to an order. If we reject an order we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection within a reasonable time after you have submitted your order.

My Pet Warehouse understands the sensitivity of customer information. For this reason our website is fully secured by a certified 256bit SSL connection for all online ordering and credit information. When our website uses SSL extensions for security transactions between your web browser and our web server, information passed to and from the server is encrypted. This prevents criminals from prying on your web session, thus making sure important information (like credit card numbers) remain safe.

Unless explicitly stated, all coupons, vouchers or other discount codes are limited to one use per customer/household. My Pet Warehouse reserves the right to cancel orders deemed to be in breach of the abovementioned condition. If your coupon/voucher has a minimum purchase requirement, other charges such as shipping may not apply towards the minimum purchase amount. Coupons, vouchers or other discounts are not factored into free shipping calculations. Coupons, vouchers or other discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards. Coupons and vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Coupons and vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or deleted. My Pet Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or discontinue a coupon or voucher code at any time.

Gift cards should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Cards may be redeemed in-store and online. Not redeemable for cash. Cards expire 3 years from date of purchase.

Free shipping excludes bulky items. Please refer to our exclusions & conditions section in our Shipping Information page for details on excluded products. Free shipping calculations are based on the total amount payable for your order (excluding shipping costs) and may not apply when a discount coupon or voucher has reduced your order total below the $49.99 threshold required to qualify for free shipping.

Click & Collect orders purchased via our website will only be released under the following strict collection conditions;

• By presenting the credit card used for the transaction to our staff upon collection. i.e. physical card must be sighted.
• Photo ID will be required to collect orders paid for by other means, i.e. Paypal.

Great Taste Guarantee
We want to provide you the freedom to try new foods for your dog or cat without the worry. If your new food just isn’t up to your pet’s standards then you can return the unused portion (see requirements below) for exchange.

Great Taste Guarantee Terms & Conditions:

• Great Taste Guarantee is offered on dog and cat food products within 40 days of purchase
• You must be a member and/or be able to supply proof of purchase
• We will exchange the product with one of equivalent value
• If you wish to exchange for a product that is of:
• higher value, all you need to pay is the difference in value
• lesser value, we will provide you with a refund for the difference
• If no suitable product can be found, we will offer a full refund
• We reserve the right to rescind this offer based on prior transactional history
• This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer law, regulations or otherwise as required by law

Please note: return postage will not be covered if you are unable to visit a store to make the exchange.
