It does create bubbles
My cat loves playing with bubbles and goes crazy for catnip so this is a great product. Works best on carpet or a rug so the bubbles bounce/stay in shape. Would be nice to have the bubble wand attached to the lid so the liquid doesn't get all over the wand. Otherwise good product.

Poor quality
This product is a complete waste of money my cat loves catnip bubbles but this product just frustrated him. Firstky you will have trouble actually getting any bubbles to blow bit when you don’t float long they basically fall to the ground straight away and pop. No fun for the cat and frustrating for the owner.

I purchased this about 2 weeks ago online as my cat loves the regular bubble mix. As far as I am concerned the Cosmic Catnip Bubbles is a waste of money. After many attempts I can not get any bubbles.
