instore collect - out of stock product
two orders resulting in a total of 4 units - paid for 4 units to collect instore
did not see mention at time of ordering that product was out of stock
collected other items on orders and informed that stock delay of 7-14 business days (thankyou to the staff for their assistance instore)
waited almost 13 business day and phoned store. I was informed by staff that the order from that supplier had been received but no stock of the Exo Terra Terrarium-Mini Wide was included.
The staff member then checked with instore receivals staff - no eta from supplier has been given - they are awaiting information from Supplier and will call me back.
A few days later I received an email regarding one of the orders for 2 units with a choice of swapping to another product in stock or to receive a refund.
I returned email requesting a refund for both orders - total of 4 units please
received refund 3weeks after pick up order placed.
Thank you to all WA staff who helped with this shortage problem.
