The collar is made from a soft and durable neoprene material. It has a safety strap which gives your dog extra maneuverability, so they aren't totally restricted. Dogs can pant and drink water with the collar on because it allows enough room for jaw and mouth movement. Compatible with any lead, the head collar can be slightly adjusted for a snug fit.

Sizing:
Size 2 is a medium size. It fits medium dogs like Basenjis, Beagles, Border Collies, Samoyeds, Staffies and Poodles.
