Agree doesn't work
Just received this item and like the previous reviewer I found it does not work. Removed tab as indicated and nothing. Perhaps battery flat. Going to cost more to return it than it cost. Pity as good quality product as far as make goes.

Love my pet warehouse always reliable and quick delivery.
Unfortunately this toy is faulty. It doesn't work. Pull the tap and nothing happens. Surprised as it's a Kong product. Usually there products are trustworthy.
