Dermcare Malaseb Shampoo Medicated, 500ml

Bacterial skin infections in dogs need treatment and Malaseb shampoo is specifically formulated to help treat Sebborrhoeic Dermatitis (bacterial skin infection) and Dermatophytosis (ringworm). Chlorohexidine Gluconate works as the active constituent.

It helps to remove dirt, scaly skin and grease whilst killing cutaneous micro-organisms that often cause dermatitis. This shampoo can also be used on cats.

Directions
  1. Thoroughly wet your dog's coat and skin.
  2. Apply Dermcare Malaseb medicated shampoo a work into a lather.
  3. Allow the foam to sit on the dog's body for ten minutes ensuring that the dog does not directly inhale or lick the product.
  4. Rinse well with clean, warm water.
  5. Repeat twice weekly until symptoms decline, then weekly or as advised by your vet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best dandruff shampoo ever for dogs This is the best shampoo I have ever used on my Dobie. I started using it a few years ago to get rid of his dandruff. He has never had dandruff since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best dog shampoo I cannot live without this shampoo. I have 2 x sharpei who are very sensitive and are prone to allergy "issues". Good clean smell and very easy to use. Please follow directions to the letter. I use it as a monthly shampoo, but will use it for any itchy spots as they occur. Really does relieve itchiness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prevents hot spots or dog itch I have used this for 6 years on my golden retriever after noticing scabs where he was scratching himself. Recommended by the vet

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sadly, hasn't worked I was advised to try this, as my Toy Poodle: Leo is constantly scratching. I am already giving him an antihistamine per day without result. And it was thought he may have skin problems. Sadly, this has not worked AS YET. The 10 minutes I must leave it on him, feels like an eternity. He hates baths, is terribly spoilt. I know it is not fleas...He has a monthly Nex guard pill. I will keep trying this shampoo, but, certainly not an instant result, which, is what I was hoping for. (Maybe I am being unreasonable)
