My Pet Warehouse will match a competitor’s advertised price (online or in store) for an identical product you wish to purchase from any of our stores or through our website.

I am an online shopper, how do I price match?
Please complete the included form and we'll check all the details and, once approved, we'll send you an online discount coupon which will be valid for the next 24 hours.
Can I visit my local My Pet Warehouse store and get an instant price match from another pet store or online retailer?
Yes, providing the location has the item in stock. You will need to provide proof such as print-outs, website details, or emails to highlight the competitor's price. Alternatively, you can complete the included form to be pre-approved for a price match before visiting your local store. The pre-approval for in store price match will be valid for 48 hours.
Eligibility & Conditions:
- - We will not price match eBay sellers.
- - Items must be in stock and like for like, including model, size, shape, color & brand.
- - Items must be new, in their original box and not close to or past their best before date.
- - The price match cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer, including;
- Member offers
- Gift with purchase
- Buy one get one free
- - The website/seller must be based in Australia, with Australian currency.
- - Freight costs will be factored into all price match requests that require delivery.
- - Any price match is a one-off and does not apply to future pricing.
- - We reserve the right to limit quantities to personal requirements only.
- - If an item falls below our cost, we reserve the right to refrain from price matching.
- - Any decision to price match is at the sole discretion of My Pet Warehouse.
If a price match is agreed to, you will be emailed a special coupon code reducing the item down to the price match value. The coupon is only valid for 24 hours and will not be renewed after this time.
Please allow up to two hours for a response during regular business hours.
