Repeat Delivery is a subscription service that delivers pet supplies directly to your front door for added convenience and exclusive savings on select brands! Set up is as easy as 1, 2 and 3.
- Shop the item you want on Repeat Delivery
- Select how often you would like it delivered. Your first order is processed and shipped after you checkout.
- Sit back and relax, you're next order will arrive as scheduled until you pause or cancel the order.
If you haven't tried Repeat Delivery yet, for a limited time, this introductory offer will provide you with a once off discount (up to 20% off) on any/all Repeat Delivery items contained in your initial order.
This once-off extra discount will take the place of the standard Repeat Delivery discount for your initial order. Once you add items to cart with Repeat Delivery, your discount will be automatically deducted at the checkout. Your selected Repeat Delivery follow up orders will be discounted by 10% off our regular retail price.*
* Royal Canin follow up orders will be discounted by 5% off our regular retail price.

Yes. Simply log in to your account and click 'My Subscriptions'. Your Repeat Delivery orders will be displayed and you will be able to click on individual orders and either pause, or cancel the current recurring order.
Note, you may modify or cancel your order at any time up to 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing. Alterations made outside of this time-frame cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. You will receive an email notification from us one week prior to each Repeat Delivery order being processed. You will also receive a standard order confirmation email the day the order has been created and moved on to our dispatch teams for processing.
At the current time you may only substitute an existing repeat delivery item with another repeat delivery item. This feature has however been added to our roadmap, with plans to add support for this in the near future.
Credit card payment will be required for all Repeat Delivery orders. Although Paypal is not currently supported, we do plan to offer support for this payment method in a future update.

REPEAT DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Repeat Delivery discounts only apply to our full retail price and qualifying Repeat Delivery products only.
- Repeat Delivery is a recurring order for the same item(s) that you schedule with us when placing an order for that item.
- Repeat Delivery means you enjoy 10% off our full retail price for qualifying Repeat Delivery products. Excludes Royal Canin products - save 5% off Royal Canin orders. The order price will be calculated at the time we process your Repeat Delivery order, based on your subscription interval.
- Requires payment to be made via Credit Card.
- Processing and shipping times are not included in Repeat Delivery schedules. Please factor this additional time period when selecting your preferred order frequency.
- Standard shipping costs will apply to all non Click & Collect orders. This cost is currently capped at $4.99 for all orders which do not qualify for free shipping.
- Price matching is not available on Repeat Delivery orders.
- If an item goes on sale and is cheaper than your Repat Delivery price, you will still get the sale price to ensure you always get the best savings at the time your order is processed.
- You can modify or cancel your order at any time up to 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing. Alterations outside of this time-frame cannot be guaranteed.
- If your Repeat Delivery is out of stock and cannot be sent to you we will try to contact you via your preferred contact method to ask if you would like a substitute item. If we cannot contact you 3 days before your order is scheduled for processing we will cancel your Repeat Delivery for that item, and you will not be charged for that item.
- If we are unable to process payment via your nominated payment method then your Repeat Delivery order will not be processed and your order will be cancelled.
