PetO Pals Loyalty Program
- Customers must be a member of PetO Pals Loyalty Program to qualify to earn PetO Pals Rewards.
- Members receive $10 store credit, when you earn 500 PetO Pals Points. Collect 1 points for every dollar you spend in-store, eligible on all products. Members will not accrue PetO Pals Points for Adoption, Pet sitting, gifts cards, freight, gas bottle sales and microchipping.
- PetO Pals Points can be redeemed at any time in-store only on all products, excluding gift cards, pet adoption, microchipping, Repeat Delivery purchases and shipping.
- PetO Pals Points may be redeemed by the Member immediately after they are earned. PetO Pals Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. PetO Pals Points earned on goods and subsequently returned or refunded will be cancelled.
- PetO Pals Points are not earned when a Member opts to price match a product and we agree to discount the product or service to match the competitor's price (except where matched to My Pet Warehouse's website).
- PetO Pals Points does not accrue for Our Vet clinic services.
- Any queries regarding PetO Pals Points need to be submitted in writing to the PetO Pals Customer Experience Team at support@mypetwarehouse.com.au.
PetO Pals Points Expiry
If a Member does not make a purchase for a period of two (2) months from the end of the month they made their last purchase, their PetO Pals Points will be cancelled and the balance reverts to zero.
If a Member shops at My Pet Warehouse at least once every two (2) months and their Membership remains active, PetO Pals Points will expire after twelve (12) months at which time their PetO Pals Points balance will revert to zero.
Members can track when their PetO Pals Points are expiring by asking a team member in-store.
Brand Discount - PetO Pals Price
As a PetO Pals member, you have access to premium brand discounts which are automatically applied for your next purchase. Brand discounts for premium food will expire after 60 days and for pharmacy, after 365 days.
Brand discounts are reflected on the PetO Pals price and cannot be used on sale items. Make sure you subscribe to our emails to see what’s on offer each week, so you don’t miss out on the savings!
Benefits and rewards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
